  1. Season fish with sriracha seasoning. Add 1 Tbsp olive oil and 1 Tbsp butter to a pan. On medium heat cook fish. About 5 minutes per side. Gets a little messy so you may want to cover the pan to prevent splatter. Want internal temperature to be 120° F. Remove fish to a plate and cover.
