Take to sandwiches with various breads. Contrary to popular belief, my kids love trying new things. It's a rare trait which is why I'm extremely thankful. Believe me I know all too well how fortunate I am. My youngest however, has a little difficulty with thick or crusty bread. Her favorite sandwich choice has become Hawaiian candy rolls. We place the meat, mustard, cheese, and pickle in her roll as though it were a bun and she's thrilled. You can broil this on your oven for a couple of minutes for a infrequent sandwich cure. The cooking part is very minimal and you do not have to have indepth comprehension of whatever to prepare or delight in those simple treats. Other great bread notions involve croissants with ham and cheese or chicken salad, taco pitas (yet another great popular in our household), also paninis (this works extremely well in the event that you've got a George Foreman grill or a panini press).
